Difference Between Coaching and Therapy

While coaching and therapy can complement each other, coaching tends to be more directive and goal-oriented, while therapy may involve more exploration and processing of emotions and past experiences.

Parenting coaching focuses on providing guidance, strategies, and support to parents in addressing specific challenges and goals related to their parenting journey. It's typically future-focused and action-oriented.

Therapy, on the other hand, delves into deeper emotional and psychological issues, often rooted in past experiences, that may be impacting parenting and overall well-being. Therapists work with individuals or families to explore underlying emotions, patterns, and beliefs.
